How to Add, Remove, and List a TD in your Bar Profile

If you are a new TD at a WTP venue, you will need to list yourself on your Bar's profile on the WTP website.

Follow these steps to list yourself as a TD #1 or TD #2 at your bar!

#1: Log into the WTP website as your bar. Click My Profile, and scroll to the TD section (section 3).

NOTE: Whether an old TD is listed there or not, do NOT click "remove all TD's" unless both the TD #1 and TD #2 info is not up to date. After adding yourself via steps below, anyone previously listed in your TD position will be removed automatically.

#2: Click SEARCH TD under Tournament Director #1 or Tournament Director #2 (whichever you are). Then click "SELECT A CERTIFIED TD".

#3: A search box opens. Type in the first 3-4 letters of your first and last name, and click Search. Your name should appear - select your name and click ADD TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR.

#4: Make sure you are listed correctly - then scroll to the bottom of the profile and click SUBMIT to save your changes.

NOTE: After Step 3, if you notice your email and/or phone number is out of date, you must change those details in your own Player Profile. Log out of the WTP site as your bar, log in as a player, and go to your Profile and update your information. Once that is done, log back in as your bar and repeat Steps 1-3 (and make sure your info is correct). :)

FINAL NOTE: All new TD's should go to the TD Training Page (click here) on the INFO website, watch the video, and complete the Certified TD Quiz. This is VITAL to running the most successful WTP night at your bar as possible!
