Need To Cancel A Game

If you are a Tournament Director and need to cancel or reschedule a game due to a Holiday (or any other issues) please keep a few things in mind.

  1. Decision By The Bar Owner/Mgr:  All cancellations MUST be approved by the bar owner or manager. 

  2. Use the WTP Website:  Please log in as your bar, click OUR ACCOUNT, and use the Schedule Change Request link.

  3. Rescheduling A Game: If you would like to reschedule your games, please follow the guidelines in this article: Need to Reschedule a Game?​

NotesNote: Please do not attempt to cancel a game because you (the TD) are unavailable. Simple send an email to your players asking someone to step up for the night while you are gone.
