If you have an issue or concern regarding another player, please notify your Tournament Director immediately. TD's are able to address most concerns that might arise during the game.

In the unlikely event of a possible instance of cheating or other serious issue, inform your TD of your account of the situation. The TD will contact the league, if necessary, to investigate further where needed.

If a TD is not running their games according to the Best Customer Program and the WTP Rules & Guidelines, please contact us immediately. Any report you bring forward will be kept anonymously and we will never divulge your identity to anyone outside the core WTP team.
