Do Championship Events Count for Points?
Each season, World Tavern Poker has two Championship Weeks (Weeks 25 and 26). These are the Tavern Championships and the Tavern TOC Championships.
The Tavern Championship and TOC events do not count for points - however, many venues run Early Strikers events as their 2nd game on Championship night. These Early Strikers games do count for points toward next season's rankings.
See your area's venue schedule for info on their Championship weeks, including Early Strikers tournaments.
