Need to Reschedule a Game?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a game, first get your venue owner/management involved. All decisions on these types of issues should be made in coordination with them.
TDs have 3 options to reschedule:
Reschedule for a different day if one works for the bar
and is available (meaning another venue within 10 miles isn't playing that
day).
Skip it and do not make it up.
Can make it up over two additional dates with 3 turbo
tournaments for 2 weeks.
Keep in mind that for the 3rd option, games must still be
at least 2 hours apart. TDs cannot run less than 2-hour games EXCEPT during Tavern TOC Night in the case of a late 2nd game Early Strikers event (which should be no less than 90 mins).
